Today we took the quiz, began our journals and received the vocab. words for ch. 5-6.  We also finished reading chapter 5.

Today we finished chapter four and continued working on the ch. 3-4 study guide.  We also discussed the inciting incident in the plot diagram.

Today we discovered why Ponyboy said he was wrong when he thought things couldn't get any worse as we read the first half of chapter 4.  We then discussed the plot diagram and outlined some important elements of the story.
