Today's Activities:

Turn in eye collages from yesterday.
Work on portrait poem.

Homework:

Complete a final copy of your portrait poem.  It must be done in ink or maker, no pencil.

Today's Activities:

Discuss the saying "The eyes are the window to the soul" in relation to The Outsiders and in relation to ourselves.

Begin eye collage.  The collage should be pictures that represent you and what a person should see when they look into your eyes if the eyes represent the soul.

Homework:

Finish collage.

Today's Activities:

Today we were in the media center continuing our work on the 1960s newspapers.  Friday is our last day in the lab to work on them.

Homework:

3 pronged folder and pictures for a collage about yourself due tomorrow.
